dude, your concept keeps changing so drastically but for the best! the smoke army is awesome -- really sets the scale of the monster. It would be utterly hopeless to fight against this thing. You had better finish ... your concepts have been truly inspirational.
Cool! Very Polycount looking. I really like the green balls. He looks evil and empirical. The only thing i'd say is in the stomach area. Is that comeing out? or hollow inside. I'd guess hollow. But i'm not sure just yet. other than that its awesome man. looks like fun

I also think you might be getting into a "kitchen sink" scenario by trying to add everything in. I love shoulders and face but I think the tentacle arms might be a little too much.

It'd be a real shame if you dont finish man. The new one looks even better than the previous ones which is quite a feat Really awesome work, it's looking immense.

I think Im pretty much done with him design wise now but knowing how fickle I am he may change again I see what you're saying Parnell, he is v close to being overly busy, those arms were added as downward curves to balance all the upward curves in the shoulders. When its time to do my final composition they may get axed
hey fight, kudos to you man! The concepts are brilliant, the subtle painting too. I just love these character designs. My favorite concept was no.6 and no.2 6 is just, i LOVE non symmetrical modelling, not all characters need to look the same on both sides right? Just keep up the good work man

@Dan, the black material on his lower arms/elbow isnt rock solid, its more like leather, which will allow his arms to move, this will be more apparent in the final comp shot
