Drillerkiller: That is awesome! I love the WWI stylings of the outfit. You know you want to add some specular highlights to finish it off...
adamlewis: Nice and subtle - I like it a lot.
Here's some doodles from the past day or two. I'm working on a little project that will include a Varied Terrain Vehicle (VTV), its pilot and a robot mechanic. I'm planning on doing finished concepts for the vehicle and the two characters. Here's some PS thumbnail stuff. I wanted it to look like marker and acrylic on card:

More soon. Keep up the great work everyone!
Cheers, Nick.
Very cool work, pilot looks like a young Moff Tarkin.
I'm not happy with her mask right now. I'm gonna add some extra bits to it, but I don't think the colors work with the rest of her outfit. I meant for her shirt to complement Arlecchino's wardrobe, since she is his counterpart.
My old shoes are falling apart, so I decided that I was going to customize my next pair.
There's some stuff on the back, too, but I'll just wait until it's done to show all of it. I'm wanting to fill the shoes with all of the things that have influenced me and my work. I also had a sort of symmetrical design going on for a while, but I don't think I'll be able to keep it up for much longer.
Lastly, I'm designing my own version of the Katamari Damacy cover, partly as an excuse to try digital painting, partly as a package design challenge, and partly just because.
I just finished painting the King of All Cosmos today, but I'm pleased with how it's all turning out- I'm definitely going to be printing out a copy for myself.
Yes, yes it is. She'd look pretty awesome on a vintage ice racer- they've got big blades on the tires! There's good footage of it in '[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vkopfn1gLU&feature=related"]On Any Sunday',[/ame] but i can't find any refence for em (not in that clip).
strange how so many people are making sick motorbike poses lately
this is just something ive been fucking about with. I kind of like it but it's also kind of raging me hard
harry: handle kind of looks too thick. it could be just the perspective tho.
nah, it's quite a small pistol, its probably more the scale putting you off than the angle. Suss out some pics (make sure its walther pp*k*and not regular pp) and youll see what i mean
I must say that the buckles in the front there really isn't blending in with the rest of the style and that the exposed wiring is a bit lol, but I guess we've already gone over this in IM.
The thickness of the grip is the correct amount and the grip is how it should be given that model of grip, he just hasn't updated the render here with the side bolt on the grip. The perspective of the render might be a little stupid though.
PS. The Walther logo might be a tiny bit thick and unsharp, but I don't know if you've found some refs like that.
