The man died burning to death while being sprayed by a massive hail of pepper spray. I can only imagine how excruciating the pain of pepper spray would be on a 3rd degree burn.

Something tells me that since he was still burning at the time, he barely even noticed the pepper spray. If you have headphones on and are listening to Metallica at three times the safe volume, you're not going to notice someone yelling at you a room away. :P
Also... tonight's two-hour, double-special-comment on MSNBC, spanning both Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow's timeslots, covering Obama's answering of questions before the republican party... was awesome. Really, just his answers were awesome - that particular broadcasting was very nice, though.
