havent done any painting in a VERY VERY VERY long time, been doing lots of textures lately and felt like i learned a few things about colors and whatnot.
this third one i think is the best overall--maybe it's the more appealing subject matter (heehee ) but it seems a lot more confident in execution than the other two. though to be fair you're trying for more complex light setups on the other two, the girlie is just the most visually appealing of the bunch. well-handled skintones, nice work ewooz. keep postin!
Thanks Gauss, yes the subject matter is far more appealing I used reference for the woman's face, which I did not for the others. I didn't stick to it 100%, but I was always told at the Uni, use refrence for whatever you illustrate. My reference

Was following some color composition tutorial here, handy stuff. Don't know I managed to give her two elbows tho... But speedpaint is speedpaint
And a scribble... just testing things.
Show us that composition tutorial you speak of...
...I love the specularity on those speed paints.
thanks KP! comming from you, it's quite a compliment.
I just had to paint another, but I don't like this one as much.

Loving that ninja Makkon. I like how you managed to control spec and got the material to look rubber-like or something. So nice!
I don't paint alot at all, but shimmer got me a bit annoyed so I had to start some angermanagment
Keep up the great work guys!
