I have been modeling an ice ax for a long time and I think that everything is acceptable except the metal part of the teeth.
I think that each vertex should be connected to another forming squares if possible, but I don't know how I could connect them so that when making the turbosmooth it looks good without strange shadows (see images).
I would appreciate if someone could help me figure out how to connect them so that it looks good and I can take it to Zbrush to make the high.
Thank you very much in advance.
PS: if you see more errors in the model, do not hesitate to tell me, I will appreciate it!
P.S. 2: sorry if my English isn't perfect, I still need to improve it.

Unfortunately that geometry is not going to play nice in Zbrush even if you get it figured out. Your best bet is probably to take the low poly version straight into Zbrush and then use ZRemesher on it. That will get you nice even flow for sculpting. You can retopo it later if you need a super low version.
If I had to make this and didn't want to go through zbrush I would be using curves to make the shape regardless bad geometry, and then triangulating or something.
