@PolyHertz Hey i love what you do man ! If making scripts and tools made people richer, I guess more people would be doing tools and less NFTs.
Do we really do tools for money in first place ? I think there is space for everyone. But yeah if your quest is about money maybe it will be an hard quest if you choose the plug-in and scripts route.
My quest is being a better artist everyday and tools are just allowing me that.

Thanks man! It's always good to hear when someone likes the tools you make. Speaking of which, I didn't say it before but I really admire the work you and Swordslayer have done on Keyhydra, it's an amazing toolset.
About money; Eventually having a small passive income from scripts is a side goal of mine, but mostly I just enjoy writing tools. I wrote tools in MEL script for a few years before moving over to Maxscript, the vast majority of which are scattered around online in responses to random forum requests and such, but it wasn't until quite recently that I tried selling any of them. I'm terrible at advertising though, and I think until I somehow solve that decent sales numbers will be quite unlikely.
Doing joint projects to expand Maxs functionality sounds fun. Truthfully, I think it's too early for me to help you guys though as, while I'm quite deep into Maxscript atp, I've barely touched the SDK. Thankfully I've already got some basic knowledge of C++, and projects in mind that'll require the SDK, so I'll get to it sooner or later. Until then, raincheck.
@PolyHertz Thanks you for the good vibe it mean a lot from you. It take times to be recognized for all the efforts we put in that 3DSMAX Plug-in. Vojtech and I are the public guys. But we had Vladimir (not working for us anymore. He is now in Silicon Valley). And Roman (Key engineer Machine Learning Specialist).
We are all different and I personally put a lot of energy at accepting the biorythm of these guys. We all have our main activity and KeyHydra is a side project.
Vojtech (Swordslayer) wasn’t developing in C++ before but he do now (However he is a really smart and Focused person).
About me I don’t code at all. But I have an excellent capacity to hunt for bugs. And I like being challenged in my decisions and design choices. I do all our shops, websites, etc ...
We are a team. Everyone have some thing to do and we manage ourselves.
Your Lenght tool could really be part of KeyHydra as well as Extrude Borders as they are in line with our goal. All your tools fill a gap in 3D Modeling. And make 3DSMAX better. That is our vision.
For us Max + KeyHydra should stay the best Modeling tool.
