Lamp on the reference photo should have had some gaps between its hull and ceiling, and light leaked there.
OMG!
I dont know where to say thanks so I'm just gonna write it here.
I'm on the fucking top banner of polycount, this is such an honor for me!!
Amazing start for 2015, THANK YOU SO MUCH
Yet another personal project that I´m working on. This time I´m going to do a pirate ship based on the Vasa ship (build in 1628). This is the first prop. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag II.
Oh and HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL! May the polygons be with you where ever you go!
Every day of December, I made a pillar (column). It was a fun exercise, and most were made in ~30 to 1 hour over lunch. Some were holiday themed, some silly. Happy with upping the presentation with more bright colors towards the end. Generally, most liked were the rough stone. Those are the easiest for me because it's a style I've been doing for years. Here's all 31.
Happy New Year!
I always wanted to make some handpainted model and switch from XSI to MODO, so after month of studies and attempts to paint it I got rigged model. It have some problems but i think its time to move on, cuz i will spend a lot of time tryin' to fix it:) So, later I will try to made a kinda short film with this character, but im not planning to hurry at all.
Oh, yeah, model based on awesome Omuk's concept with some changes, wanted to make character with human proportions.
Learning Unity through pong, going to wrap it up by this weekend I hope!
I hope everyone kick's ass this year! Can't wait to see what everyone is up to!
This looks great dude!
I feel tho, that the numbers on the grass (score indicator) would be better if they had a bit of prespective, as if they there laying flat on the ground.
Good work!

Lots of great work so far peeps! here's my current WIP on Grom. There are a lot of areas to clean up in the normal yet, and I'm having a little trouble with getting the hair and fur to bake out properly, but over all, I'm very happy with the results so far. Cheers and Happy New Year folks
I've been trying to get that look Pedro... but I can't seem to nail it down. I'll keep hacking away at it
I believe with Unity 4.6's new UI system you can make HUD in perspective pretty easily. Also that ground "texture" (might not be actual texture?) seems to glitch.
