Wow this is looking amazing! I love the detailed leather you have on the chair as well as the octopus globe. I cant wait to see all of these in the scene. I'll be following this one.
Oh wow, terribly sorry about this! I actually know about the rule which makes my mistake even more stupid but I guess I was a bit absent minded when uploading. I replaced them in my last post and I'll make sure I go through and the rest as well.
Lots of placeholder geometry and textures but here is some progress on the scene. I'll add many more objects and definitely polish redo most of the textures like the pillars, etc. These are all in UE4:
oh man.. this is gorgeous. when I looked at the latest images I asked myself "is he a lighting artist?", then checked your Artstation to find the asnwer. the props are amazing, but I think the lighting and composition is what really sells this, especially in the 2nd image from the latest batch. awesome!
The lighting really adds a lovely atmosphere to the overall feel. My only critique right now would be the chair, the chair padding looks incredibly sharp/painful to hypothetically sit on... Is that how bumpy the chair padding is from whatever reference you were working from? I'd just dial back the normal intensity in that section by photoshop (for quick fix) or just go back to the HP and rebake that section after softening out the detail (suggested fix)
Just something softer like the padding this chesterfield chair has. Obviously it's design is of a different approach but I strictly mean just the feel of comfort the moment you look at it, it looks comfortable and you can imagine it being comfortable.
awesome job on the prop breakdowns. They really show you efford and i really love seeing the progress. What did you use for the wood details in Zbrush. And could you add a texture breakdown?
Thank you! I did a fairly detailed breakdown here https://www.artstation.com/artwork/reGam There isn't much to it really. I pointed out the brushes I use and just a couple of wood alphas. The rest is done in Quixel
I've been experimenting with the lamp material and trying to bring out those moths through the subsurface and emissive. Lots of polishing to do but here is what I have so far.

Here is another quick prop I made. I'll polish it in Unreal. Especially the glass shader

Here is a wip of a chandelier and a couple of more props like books and stuff.
