Thanks for the new version, @lkruel !  I was seeing the "Failed to execute script run" error, as well.   @<ASH>, your tip did the trick!  Much appreciated!

@lkruel, seeing this in the log file:

...and still getting the the "Failed to execute script run" error.

@Gaurav Mathur hey if you are looking for fix then:

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH "FAILED TO EXECUTE SCRIPT RUN" THEN THERE IS A FIX:
1. Ignore Error window and go to Windows tray
2. Right mouse button and then choose 'Add local image'
3. Then save as... and save the template somewhere
4. Now if you restart Kuadro it knows how to properly start without error window
