It's been a while since I posted any work here. Plan on getting back in the habit of posting regularly. Here is a zombie head I sculpted out in 3d Coat and Rendered in Maya.
Hello everyone! This is my first time posting on Polycount. I've been wanting to post for a while, but just haven't up until today. I'm so excited to join the community.
These are two WIPs I'm working on. They're each around 40k tris.
Tonight, I'll be working on the hair and the spec map for the male character.
Finally getting around to rendering some of my backlog of work now that I have zbrush+keyshot and a new computer. I've been playing with lighting my posed Richard Harrow model. crits, ideas/ comments always welcome.
Amazing stuff guys!
ThunderClouds - That's awesome! I love the vibrant colors, and the duck lol.
CocoaCup - That lighting is really sweet! Foliage is shaded nicely too!
Got a render of a gun I worked on a couple of weeks ago, inspired
by Vincent from FF7. It's like a priest's gun that's used to fight
demons (Hence the latin prayers on it.)
Nice work Paul! I was wondering, do you use any plugin / tools like meshfusion to merge your meshes and create the bevels where the big shapes meet or are you just using regular polymodelling?
Killer work everyone. I swear it is getting harder to post my rubbish in here...there is just too much rads.
A new thing....
Problem is I have NO idea who she is. I need to figure it out. She started as an alternate Alice in Wonderland then she was some possibly cyborg mechanic chick, and everything in between. I just can't decide..but I need to because I am happy with the sculpt so far and I don't want to throw in the towel just because I can't decide.... Any suggestions are welcome.

Mostly just regular poly modeling with liberal use of geometry to force the shapes.
Here's my first pass on textures for my comiccon entry. Still working on getting my materials to read better. I really have to get him out of this stagnant pose! Anyways...

here's a zbrush sculpt of a catlady and her demon kitties. I textured it in zbrush with polypaint and then some touchups in photoshop.
