@iammalte Cool character, im not a fan of the proportions, but thats just my personal opinion. Seems like you nailed the pbr materials pretty good. I was though wondering about the skin as it seems pretty diffuse and bland, but maybe that was your intention as it's stylized? All the props and clothing looks pretty cool, good job!
@Highelf Sick sketch, i admire your skills like crazy.
@RexM Awesome looking foilage, are you photoreffing or rendering it or...? I've seen many different techniques and i was just wondering the one that you use. As said, great looking!
A little progress on my Substance/PBR journey.
All the texturing is basic procedural stuff from substance designer using the default material filters. The great thing is you can modify the filter masks on a layer in photoshop ( put wear were you want it ect) import the layer in Designer , blend it with the mask and all your textures get updated instantly, and if you don't like it,well... you just unplug it.
I just love this non destructive workflow.
Substance does not like stretched UV's, I shouldn't have been so lazy
Another 2 full days (bless bank holidays) of work in and I finally have all essential parts through retopo and bake.
Still working on a hat, then it's a looot of texturing ahead

Hi! I have quite a while watching your amazing works guys, I'm new in the modelling thing mainly beacuse in my country there isn't ways to learn so I try to learn on my own.
I'm starting to practice in ZBrush and this is what I got so far! (Sorry for my bad english!! I learning that alone too!)
Finally got back to this piece, I've put it off since before Christmas due to a couple of art tests, work, and other life events. Now that I'm taking the summer off to study and improve my portfolio, I want to get this finished up very soon. I'm hoping that I'll have the sculpting done by the end of the week.
The head is placeholder for now, I'm going to completely redo it as I'm not happy with the initial direction I took it.
Did not wanted to create a new thread for this, so I will show it here instead.
Those are screenshots from a game I have been creating the last 10 months alongside 6 other friends.
In this game you control a disease that transforms humans into monsters when they die. By killing more and more human you build a bigger army.
The game is designed for PS3 and runs @ 60 frame per second in FullHD with antialiasing using FreshEngine.
I was in charge of most of the environment for the game, making most of the assets and textures, especially in the first room and the cave.

I've been working on our new mobile game Battle Recruits (currently available free to play on iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/battle-recruits/id881677491?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo%3D2 )
Here's a couple new troop characters I made for it, they should be in the game soon!
mafubash: I concur, that's one of the best hand painted textures I've seen in a long time.
Textures and assets for a top-down game. Nothin too special.
I love you so much right now.
Here is my cowboy character. First time I used pbr and this is my first styelized character.
Just to let you know - yes the cowboy has eyes

Based on PhoenixFeng's Item shop concept.
