Some really nice looking setups and ideas for setups. I think if you can create a cool environment for you to "work" in, then it helps the process so much. I know from being a work in a "yellowish" room, with zero things to inspire you, it really knocks your creativity. I found that having atleast one screen showing some of the pictures from when I went to America such as landscapes of Yosemite; really help to take your mind away from your desk .

That book was "The Handbook for Steam Boiler Constructors" issued in Germany in 1890. I found some original pics there. All from the time when "steam punk" was completely unknown art style but well known reality.
