Another update, already baked everything and threw in the base colors.
I'm not happy with the bandage in her head, I'll probably change the white for a darker color.
This is the very first color pass, I still have to do the color grading, gradients, details and other fine adjustments. I think more a couple of hours and I'll have this done.

Looks great, but you should definitely change its color palette to match Phantom Assassin more. It's more in touch with Nyx Assassin right now.
Weapon and belt slots need some proper masks, as they're straight copies of the diffuse as of yet, and the cape needs some love in the rigging, but that's pretty much it. I feel I accomplished what I wanted with this one
I'm struggling to get the cape skin weights right, I fear I won't finish the promotional stuff in time unless you use 23:59 from -3 hours GMT as deadline

You have a nice weapon idea. When I planned my weapon, i wanted to make something similar to this at first time. But then I remembered about the hitboxes. Is it smaller than original one?
@Uliss Hitboxes are referred probably only to cosmetic items, because hitboxes are used for selecting and targeting heroes witch mouse couriers as far as I know. Attack is based probably mostly on animation timing and distance between hero and his target. Someone can correct this if I am wrong

Yeah, if you check out the ingame shots, you can see by the glow where the original weapon would have been, so it's a bit smaller but it still works with the animation. And the concept isn't mine, it was done by the lovely Gooba.

Definetely red is not a good color for her also, unless it's in the context of a set.
I think you should aim for a leathery color if you're not willing to use blue/green/gray.

i think it looks too shiny in game, maybe you could play a little with the specular of it to make diferent materials based on the colors =]
That looks awesome, man! There seems to be a little weirdness on the weighting of the bottom part of the cape, but still awesome.
