It's hard to capture the way it reflects light in a simple image render.

08 - Sun
For the theme sun, I first thought of a person enjoying the sun, then it became Solaire, which subsequently inspired the prison cell environment. I went through a few iterations and can't quite tell yet which one I prefer.
V01 - still like the cleanliness and readability
V02 - cell environment
V03 - wanted to emphasize the sun more and Solaires' longing

Looks like I swapped prompts 8 and 9, whoops!

Welcome! Some more context would be helpful. Your case might be already covered in one of the many examples in the "how-the-f-do-i-model-this-reply-for-help-with-specific-shapes-post-attempt-before-asking" thread. There seems to be a split or hard edge going down vertically.

What's new in cloth simulation? anything new and cool recently worth trying ?
I stopped at Marvelous Designer 6.5 I ones got a permanent license as an Xmass deal . It feels so ancient, slow and and inconvenient nowadays . Although I managed to get quite real looking things with it. Never liked 3d max one . What 's GPU and cool now ? with easy responsive tweaks? Blender nodes maybe? Looks like Blender is cpu only heating my laptop like crazy .

Appreciate the link, but these are hair cards rather than a strand groom. As others wrote, academia and non-commercial are not magic words to dissolve copyright and licensing.
After a quick look a their website, the full 10TB version is only for their internal usage.
They say, you would have to download the data yourself from the original sources.
Laion also warns that they have "discomforting and disturbing content" included.
I don´t think I would want to willingly download their files. Especially when they openly state, they used a care free approach of indiscriminately downloading all kinds of who knows what kind of data.
