Topology is slightly dense for my liking but then again no rule of thumb applies, basically whatever works for class A surfacing your mesh.
Only crit, is the rear lower quarter panel there's noticeable minor distortion I'd add a reflective car paint material too check for possible shading issues.
Hello, I want to share with you guys the results of my last personal project, which was a game ready character I made from scratch to study the whole pipeline, I shared some pics on my diary topic but I wanted to share with the people that don't usually see that kind of thread but maybe they would find it cool.
From here I started placing the cards down in ZBrush using the move brush and curve modifiers - I'm focusing on the main shape at the moment trying to understand how to place the hair cards (looking at https://www.artstation.com/artwork/EaP1G8, https://www.artstation.com/artwork/28eGyv for reference) but it's going to be a lot of trial and error from here due to my inexperience in doing hair.
Quick update, finished adjusting the proportions of the head and now I'm working on hair card placement. Decided to change last minute to cards to learn a new skill and I made the cards in Fibershop.
The teams at Deck nine were planning to do a group art blast for the release of Life is Strange double exposure. Unfortunately this is no longer happening so this will be my solo art blast haha. it.s been a while polycount :-)
Cheers to the lovely talented character team at D9 who continue to support all of my character after my departure all the way until the game shipped.
