We are building an immersive VR shooter game and are looking for 3 key team members to join us on-site in Ankara for a 1+1 year development cycle. We’re offering accommodation and meals covered—all you need to bring is your skill, passion, and drive.
We’re looking for individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
VR Game Programmer
Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
Familiar with VR SDKs (Meta Quest, SteamVR, etc.)
Strong understanding of gameplay systems and optimization for VR
Networking/multiplayer experience is a plus
3D Modeller
Can create optimized, game-ready assets (weapons, characters, environments)
Proficient in Blender, Maya, or similar
Experience with PBR texturing (Substance, etc.)
Knowledge of VR-specific modeling constraints
Animator
Skilled in rigging and animating characters and weapons
Understanding of VR-specific animation requirements (e.g., IK, hand poses, weapon handling)
Unity/Unreal animation system experience preferred
You’ll be based in Ankara for 1 year, with the possibility of a 1-year extension. We provide:
