Those generate normal map from image tools are pretty much bumpy noise generators (which sometimes is all you really need). You'd think this is something AI image generation would be good at, and there's a ton of training material out there.

Lots of things you can do and it depends on the situation, so images of your exact problem are best general things to try: find a larger image to use for mask use a noise brush to paint the mask manually use an upscaler (free on internet) to increase resolution of an image use geometry to screen view of large areas layer…
@Tiles It is 100% theft, because the models are trained on datasets full of stolen / scraped images. The entire business model of these companies is based around the illegal use of millions of scraped images.
