hi i'm making new character for my game and i was wondering what is the best way to model the low poly legs to make the best normal map? should i do it in 2 separate pieces or just one? thanks for the help :)
I've just started to learn how to use 3D software and I think its time for me to make an item, can someone help me? Someone with good experience that can be passed on to me.
1:I just want things to be different in this house. I just had such a bad day. I'm scared nothing is gonna change. 2: It will, I promise. We just gotta give it some time.
Hey everybody I just started working on a new stylized female and here is what I got so far. I am still on subdiv 2 working on the overall shape and form in mudbox. Any feedback on how to improve it will be appreciated.
I need some fresh criticism on some old work I'm getting back to, if y'all don't mind. Something's weird in the proportions, maybe? It's being modeled tentatively to be printed or milled and molded or formed into something like a wearable costume
It is my free time work. I mix 2 to 3 concept and start to build this model.I wanted to create like heavy creature it's only one thought in my mind. It's WIP model. Please feel free to critique and comment!
I woke up this morning and wanted to model something quickly and texture it quickly as well. I spent about an hour and this is what I finished. 1. 2. 3. Wire frame and poly/tri count opinions and crits?
My coworker just showed me this page... I thought it was badass and wanted to share it with the polycount... maybe you've seen this already, but I found it really cool. http://features.cgsociety.org/story_custom.php?story_id=4735&page=2
is there a list of shows/gatherings/conventions anywhere? id like to find all the 3d/2d/animation/software gatherings within 1 hour of LA/SF/San Diego (happening within the next 2-3) anything like that around?
