3DS Max - Bip saved with extra frames?

I've been experiencing some weird issues with max lately... I created an animation that's 260 frames long. When I save it as a bip to use with the Motion Mixer, the clip is 423 frames for some weird reason. I increased the duration of the timeline and there are no key frames after 260.
