might be easier to export a mid-level version of your mesh from zbrush into max, position the lowpoly max mesh around that, then re-export the lowpoly?

seems like your lowpoly is also projecting onto the bake , just select the lowpoly , right click , properties and deselect "cast shadows" that should do it :) nice shottie !
It depends. Highpoly or lowpoly? If it's highpoly you can float it to make things simpler. In the lowpoly there are pros and cons to both. Generally for the highpoly you separate the objects as they are in real-life.

Hi everyone i don't know why 3ds max render to texture normalmap and occ is working weard i resized the highpoly a bit more than lowpoly and triangulated the lowpoly but why triangles are coming in map.
The artifacts occur because your lowpoly mesh intersects itself. For the ropes it would be the best to just bake a small tilable piece and then tile the texture on the existing lowpoly.
When you export the lowpoly OBJ, are you including vertex normals in it? In Xnormal, when you add the lowpoly model, are you setting it to use Exported Normals?
