Using photo textures is fine, as long as you want photo style. Just make sure to align the edges of the boards in the photo to the edges of your geo. Right now it’s really odd seeing the crack between two boards in the middle of your geometry.

Well for Marmoset 2, and physically based rendering shaders, you want zero lighting or AO information in you albedo textures, so its not a good thing to have them in there. AO should be loaded as a separate map to work as a mask, not to do fake lighting like in old generation shader models.
