I'm creating an Anime looking character right now and I'm debating on keeping it unlit or allowing detailed lighting. I don't know why but SkinShade4 is so much better at making anime models look pleasing than any other materials. Unfortunately, I can't replicate this on Unreal.

What's going on, fellow devs. I made this short tutorial about how to create LODs in 3ds
Max and Unreal Engine. Additionally, I’m
giving away a game-ready asset which you will find it in the video’s
description. Hope you found this
useful and Happy Merry Christmas. Thanks :) Video: https://youtu.be/ajqbPC8rN54

It looks a bit better but not sure if my bad UVs are causing large errors in my final mesh. One other question, is it necessary to triangulate the faces before export for Unreal? Also not sure what to export from…
I have an alpha map that I'm using for my window pane. When importing to unreal I know you're suppose to set the materials under blend mode to masked then plug in the alpha map to opacity mask. It works, it makes the window pane transparent, but I want to make it 50% transparent instead of being 100% so you can see a bit…

I realize tessellation has been removed from UE5 and through the use of Nanite you can achieve great things for static meshes. However, so far this does not work on…
