Photoshop: Smudge Tool in Individual Channel. (Normal Map Cleanup)
Anyway to get a smudge tool to work in a individual channel? Barring that workarounds. The only one I can think of is make a copy of channel as alpha smudge away. Select it and have the rgb channel you wanted again alone and fill with white. PITA and you cant see your results right away. Any other ways you guys do it? -

Cesium offers pretty high res aerial imagery. https://cesium.com/platform/cesium-ion/content/bing-maps-imagery/ Beware though that all this data is copyrighted, you'd have to pay if you wanted to use it in a commercial product. -
