The weird folds around the knees are caused by the improper shape of the 2D pattern inside Marvelous Designer. The shape of the pattern should closely follow and wrap around the shape of the 3D avatar, which is especially true for jeans. I suspect that the patterns should have a small depression around the knees to tighten… -

I think the bumpers look weird too. You're getting away with it just on the front bumper, but the rear one is sticking way out past the rear wheel which makes it look like it'd catch on curbs and stuff. It also doesn't sit very well with the sweeping curve of the bodywork as it wraps underneath the car that's established… -
Non-square Zbrush Tiling for Tree Bark Texture

Looks pretty cool. Keep working on it man, I would setup more detail in the rib case as it looks like just grey cylinders.. The wrinkles in the cloth like Brian said need to be more refined, and the bottom of it looks too even. There's no wrinkles at all, or rips and tears... Import a plane into Zbrush. Turn smoothing off in the geometry panel (to keep your borders fixed). Go into the Transform tab turn off the X an Y Modifiers (or what ever combination restricts changes to up and down from the Plane's normal, depending on it's orientation) Then go into the Brushes tab and turn "Wrap Mode" up… -
