(WIP) Potion Shop Environment

UDK Environment technical questions
If you take a look at the grass on the rocks it looks really ugly because of the low res textures in the mip map, how should i go about making my grass look good in the distance? Please do not suggest the 3D Motive tutorial, I can't purchase it right now Thank you! -
