Hi there, I plan on making a scene based on Manhattan's Theater District with inspirations from Great Gatsby,Blade Runner, Star Wars and Bioshock. My goal is to get this into the Unreal 4 engine.
Here is a paint over of concept art from star wars to get an idea of what kind of mood I'm aiming for.
