At the moment the basic workflow would be per channel. (Diffuse, Spec, Bump etc). Although there are some advanced workflows that could use channel sharing / linking which updates multiple channels at one. We're certainly listening to the feedback about Multi-layer workflows.

Very insightful thanks for sharing. It's a shame that after all that the skin looks a bit on the plastic side in the final image. Coulda used some more detail in the colour and spec map and knocked back the sheen I think. Some very useful workflow tips in there.

Hey Guys, I am trying to bake out a diffuse map from a high poly to a low poly object. The high poly is using a MIA material-x for all of its diffuse and spec info. When I try to bake it out, the color maps come in completely black. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
