Got a new PC. First thing I noticed was it was slightly too loud and the reset button, it blinks whenever a read/write is being performed, atleast I think thats what it is, is on 80% of the time.
Specs:
4GB ddr3
AMD Athlon II X4 620 processor 2.6 GHz
GTX 260
Any help?

The fan is a likely culprit for noise. Use C4.
also this should probably be in tech talk
its the HDD light silly
won't that damage the rest of the apartment as well?
computer lobotomy ftw! fixes any problem
Brick store, y ou should have the motherboard manual. If it bugs you that much, look it up in the manual and pull the IDELED wire out from the motherboard. It's very easy to plug the wrong wires into the I/O panel to get your power light flashing with HD activity... they're all 2 pin wires.
Fan noise... well not much you can do about it... some fans are inherently louder than others... you should hear my scythe ultrakaze 3000 when it spins up at 100%... that think will move more air than a kitchen range.
If the problem still remains contact the store support you bought the computer from.
Good luck.
