Another quick question to add on. When using substance designer are you able to edit normal maps like in ndo? Or just bake them? Substance is more of just a procedural base texture creator than it is a detailer, that's where substance painter will come in when it is released?
I think I read that thread before too, about Max pushing out inconsistently. Hence why I always do a push and a reset before the actual bake so the cage is pushing out properly for me. Lets say you were going to bring in a substance into UE4. How would you go about getting the height of your map to pop like it does in substance?
