Hi guys, I've been trying to find a thread where someone put an example of optimization for a lowpoly tank for DS specs. He did with the tank UVWmap something like this: Changed this: To this: He flipped the maps outside the main map, my question is how I do this? I can't find that thread :/
Major Bueno has been making 1 game a month for 10 months now and have decided to cap things off with a party (game). Everyone is invited! Just follow the submission specs to digitilize yours iSelf into an e-party! Major Bueno Party [vv]79671997[/vv]
Very rough concept for the Desert Eagle "Void Hawk", intended as an entry for the CS:GO competition, drawing inspiration from Alien(s), Bladerunner and Space: 1999, the unremarkable colour scheme and overly utilitarian look should fit Mil-spec rarity well. Gunsmith will be the finish style.
Hey all, Had the day off so decided to see how much i can get done on a fun enviroment. It is to xbox/ps2 specs, The reflection is hacked the old way (mirrored vertically with a alphaed plane between) so with reflection its 9806 polys and without its 4996. Not much else to say:
Back at it had a huge crunch on my full time but now I am back. For now I fully polished my golf mk2. More Images and specs are at : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/baZRAa Hope you guys like it
Thats exactly what I did .Wiki! Just turned off primary visibility of the object in the arnold tab (even though I was using vray) and kept all the shadows and diffuse/spec reflections and hey presto I had the alpha!
Bloodwych, Bard's Tale, Hired Guns awesome, what specs does it run at? Thinking about getting it for my commute. Seriously looks good, loving the Land of Lore videos alos, had to skip to near the end after number 16.
@Darkimage you're right with shading problem in Maya. It seems that viewport has problem with displaying spec and gloss. I tried setup scene inside Marmoset but I wasn't happy with results. I'm glad I could help you with the fish.
some shots around the flak, using "blue sky" in Marmo I was playing around with the lights trying to get the ones that wouldn't add color to the scene while also showing of the details in the spec as best as possible. (sry for all the large images)
I'd be really interested in buying something like this. I agree on changing the green background, keep to the 'classy minimalist' look. Is this rendering on an ipad/iphone in real time? If so wouldn't an iphone have trouble rendering more high spec models?
