Colored Spec map in substance painter
I'm trying to import my colored spec map into substance painter and i have but the problem i'm facing is substance painter refuses to use RGB in the spec channel. Anybody know a quick tutorial or wiki link? -

@zetheros hey cool ideas, the first thing that came to mind was scaling UVs to edit tiling density, but you might also be able to do something like HP sculpt layers like ZB has, but then scale the detail in those layers via a scaling brush (up or down) before projecting to the mesh. as for sculpting tiling textures, imo… -
Substance painter not opening
So this is for anyone that ran in to the same problem as me and just bought substance painter beta from there website. If you can't open it and figure out what extension to open it with. All you have to do is rename it to be ending with .exe . Then it should be good to go. Also guys feel free to use this thread to share… -
