hi guys i want to get e new laptop for 3d sculpting and rendering purpose. what specs i need to look into? what brand suitable for 3d ? my budget is $1600 - $2000
Hello, im searching a tutorial about texturing that includes many mapping explanation. Like Diffuse, Spec, Normal map, cavity and and and, and how to do them in photoshop. I work with Zbrush and Marmorset.
Never done this be gentle submission is for blue rarity Mp9 think I need to have my texture included? and from the other side Not amazing, but hey, its a Mil-Spec.
As practice I tried to make a hammer 422 tris 512 diffuse, normal, spec power I'm aware my scale is off and the specular map isn't the greatest. C&C welcome though.
I was wondering if there were anyway to get the materials in DDO library to work more accurately for Vray or Arnold in Maya/3DS Max. Especially in regards to the normal maps and spec maps.
Just been on Autodesk site and there is a trail download for Maya 2014 but it only lists 64bit. Is there to be a 32 bit version? I cannot see any further spec info on their site
I am trying to find a shader/material that has similar slots to marmoset toolbag, for example slots for translucency, gloss, spec, ao, difuse.normal what do you suggest?
Here is my progress on a hand painted project, no normal or spec are going to be used. This is in maya viewport unlit, it will end up getting lit in UDK. Constructive Criticism would be appreciated.
Vagrant story again with the shadows and animations of hair etc.... They really brought these characters to life with as low budget specs they had. https://youtu.be/GiZduGodAmE
