Hi all, What are the correct settings for getting normal maps from ZBrush to Unity3D? I tried to go with just green channel flipped, but my test object just doesn't look right in Unity. Is there something else that needs to be changed before creating the map? here's a screenshot:

@PolyHertz Thank you so so much for responding=) . Im using Blender for 3d and unity3d for game design. May i ask what you mean by bend over the face? Like i create an plane mesh and draw the eyes, or do i draw directly on the model?
If you're using 801, you'll want to enable "Save smoothing groups" in the FBX I/O options. It breaks Unity3D's importing of normals if it's enabled (issue with Unity's importer) which is why it's off by default. Other than that, you shouldn't have any issues as far as I know.
