I think your stuff looks pretty good overall. I would suggest to focus on creating low / mid-poly (100k-ish) game meshes with texture break downs (Normal, Albedo, Gloss, Spec etc...) As well as pushing the quality of materials and textures.

Valve is only really going after poorly made games that use AI generated art, and even then not very consistently. There are several moderately successful Steam games that use mostly AI generated art (Source of Madness comes to mind).
