Does Mudbox have a function equivalent to Dynamesh?
One of the great features in Zbrush is Dynamesh, allowing for unrestricted deformation of sculpt topology when sketching something quickly. If I wanted to do this in Mudbox however, would I already have to block out all of the major and minor forms with a base mesh in Maya or Max etc? Is the mesh density fixed, allowing… -
Desktop previewer
So Just a question for the experts on if you know of any good desktop previews. Either maybe one that can make the OBJ icon, look like the actual obj file, or lets say a targa icon look like the targa. Or maybe a program that lets me quickly preview lets say OBJ files or taga. Copying Material
Is it possible to just copy a material that is assigned to one area, to another. I know I can shift-c left click on the new material id, and load the material, I have just found that I'd like to copy one material over to another area quickly (and say change the paint colour), but without having to save the preset etc. Any… -

@ElitheniaYeah I get what you mean and I defintely agree, the concept keeps your attention a bit longer. Might be able to fix that with the lighting, using a warmer and a cooler light to focus on one area more. Or else I'll quickly go back in the textures. Thanks for the feedback :smile: -

Woohoo thread revival! Maybe i'm being my usual retarded self, but please do tell me where i can find the UV shell fill. I'm already loving the Element fill for quickly churning out masks, but a UV shell fill would kick ass :) -

I am super interested in diving in with a surface pro for digital painting, but I'm just waiting for PS/ZBrush to have strong touch controls so that I won't need a keyboard handy every time I want to edit my brush settings quickly or other common commands
