Desktop previewer

So Just a question for the experts on if you know of any good desktop previews. Either maybe one that can make the OBJ icon, look like the actual obj file, or lets say a targa icon look like the targa. Or maybe a program that lets me quickly preview lets say OBJ files or taga. With something quick like Windows previewer. Any suggestions?
