Yes, It take me time to understand that part too XD Just set the path for the first field (engine path) to the bin directory of the game you're working for (eg. dota2 = \steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\bin\) When you finnd the bin folder click accept and its done ^^ you don't have to select a file or anything.
