That's good to hear. I've run into issues when importing into Marmoset, where I have to import into Maya first and re-export for Marmoset. I think it's a Marmoset issue though where they don't support Max FBX files? Not sure.
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I don't suppose you still have these tutorials, @EarthQuake? They don't appear to be on the Marmoset website any more? And I can't find them via a Google search. Thanks.
Hello Everyone, I am trying to render my character in Marmoset Toolbag 4 with Raytrace on. In the full quality viewport Marmoset renders it correctly. But when I render it for the final result, the depth of field disappears in the backside of the transparent areas. Does anyone know where ı am wrong?
i was wondering if the bake feature in marmoset is just like baking in other 3d software such as Blender or Substance Designer, for example, normals of high poly to low poly etc, or is it for something else? at the moment I only use marmoset for rendering stuff after I've baked things in different software. or am I missing…
I'm trying to put a Marmoset Viewer window on my squarespace website and can't figure out how to do it. The "getting started with viewer" tutorial on Marmoset's website seemed to assume a base amount of knowledge and I don't even have the level to know what to Google. Marmoset bakes any model flat. I made a sphere with a pattern for the sake of experiment and used a zrmasher, but still the map turns out without details.How to fix it?
