I honestly really love Skinshade4, but unfortunately, Zbrush isn't really my preferred rendering tool. I was hoping that it is possible to recreate that material's look inside Maya's Arnold.
Hi Polycount forum, I have a problem and couldn't solve it. I lost so much time. I first applied zremesher to my model. Then I wanted to prepare UV for Maya but whenever i try to do UVmaster = Unwrap. there are too many (372) UV. What is happening and how can I fix it? Thank you. .
Hey guys, taking a Maya class, and I'm definitely a max user. Made a low poly mountain dew bottle, just to learn the program and how uv mapping works in maya. Got all that working, but when i render I see those nasty geometry lines. Any one know the equivalent of smooth groups in maya?
Hello guys, I'm currently facing a problem with exporting from zbrush and importing to Maya. whenever I import the model, it shows in the outlines as several elements as if it's shattered. the second question , is there any script for maya to find the unwelded vertices or the coincidence vertices and such errors?
hi,all as you can see the attachment .I have 2 UV set .One is for lightmap.The second for texture display.In maya window,I can not see the right texture display. The reasons is that maya reads the UV of lightmap.How can I let maya read right UV set . please help me ........
Are there any experienced MODO and Maya peeps reading this that could list what advantages, if any, a Maya to Unity workflow would have over a MODO to Unity workflow? I know Maya is more of an Industry standard but I've purchased MODO because of 1 its modelling abilities, 2 price, 3 less steep learning curve.
