It's not an issue of being "hip". It's just sloppy as hell and looks like a geocities-hosted site circa 1996. I've seen websites with this "style" that are much more cohesive and not sloppy. Your art is great, but the site really knocks it all down a peg or two. -

Nice work Alan. A small note. I'd make the "Polygoo" logo at top left link to the "News" part of the site as well. Might just be me, but I am used to clicking on site logo's as a mean for returning to the "first page", be it news or whatever. -

Really nice design but as sectaurs has said many clicks to get to goodies. Still like the design of the site either way & if you can use it in a different structured format possibly with fewer clicks and you got yourself one hell of a site. -

What is a good place to start sell my models?
Hi everyone! Ive been thinking about starting to build a proper portfolio, and maybe make a few bucks along the way. Ive however noticed there are a few quite popular sites where i can do this, and as i am a newbie i don't know the pros and cons. What site would you recommend for publishing and selling my 3D-models? -
best way to find out about contests
I often find myself dipping in and out of sites like Polycount/GameArtisans sometimes months at a time. Yet I wish somehow I could be alerted when new contests were starting as I usually look for them and if there are any I like it's too late in the game to join.
