Something i've always had a hard time to doing is modeling a good nose, so if anyone has some example wires to show please do, i know i've seen some cool stuff in the past but never managed to save any of it.
There was a thread a little while back that explained how to take a cylindrical mesh at its ends and turn them into proper quads for Zbrush. Does anyone know the thread or can re-explain the process of taking the non quadness of the ends of a cylinder and turning them into quads? Thanks for the help....

The geometry is great and the texture is nice, one glaring thing I see wrong is the bright eyes, give em some shading along the tops otherwise he's got that child molester stare! ;D
