Hey guys; I am having trouble with an item and was wondering if anyone could send me a Maya Scene including the standard Axe Bone Hierachy or even be willing to export (try to) my mesh as a SMD/FBX.

I would suggest joining the next hangout, usually starts a few hours from now, every day. Someone there will likely be able to help you and it may prove faster.
