I see a ton of repetition there, very modular. It's not smart to use UDIMs for game environments, too much memory use and slow to download the game and slow to load the level. If you want to render only, not make it realtime, then do whatever you want.

Everytime i apply directx materials in max ecerytime i do undo or some simple operation max crashes . This is driving me nuts as i have to deal with only that type of realtime , i cant use other shaders that actually work better agh ! [/rant]

i'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't really think anyones using maps as high as 4k for realtime, i think they're too stressful on the RAM, but i could be wrong, environments arn't really my thing!
