help creating this type of material in unity?
Anyone have some advice on how i'd set this up in unity? my maps are Diffuse, Normal and Emissive in the diffuse channel's alpha. would really appreciate any help on this. thanks gang! looks like this has fresnel as well. i looked at the shaders that come with unity and i couldn't get anything close to this with my object.… -
Street Cone Prop
Here is another prop I am working on. It's a street cone, the white tape is supposed to be reflective, and the orange plastic is supposed to have a bit of sheen beneath the dirt, but I have not quite yet grasped specular maps like I want to. Emissive question
Hey guys, I am wondering how to set up an emissive texture so that the area that I have painted on my emissive texture doesn't completely cover up the diffuse map underneath it. I think @huffer is on the right track here. Painter's Baked Lighting Filter is the way I'd handle it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHQfYklBVTY You build up your materials as you would normally do in Painter, then just slap on the filter, set up your lighting, and export your diffuse texture. Pixplant: Normal, Displacement, Specular, Diffuse. Crazy Bump: Normal, Displacement, Ambient Occlusion, Specular, Diffuse.
