help creating this type of material in unity?

Anyone have some advice on how i'd set this up in unity?

my maps are
Diffuse, Normal and Emissive in the diffuse channel's alpha. would really appreciate any help on this. thanks gang! looks like this has fresnel as well. i looked at the shaders that come with unity and i couldn't get anything close to this with my object. dying for some help on this. maybe someone has written some shaders already that do a lot more than the default ones in unity? (brand new to unity, i'm learning)
