One thing I do if I am having problems with hands, is to just look at my hands. They are perfect reference that I can manipulate to look at any angle. Really focus on the major forms of the hand. Break down the shapes, and really study the anatomy of the hands.

I don't see a sword in the screen-right hand. It looks like you uploaded a weapon meant for the main-hand, but physically put it into the off-hand position (or vice versa).
Well. There's less jobs in general than when the OP made the post, significantly less remote jobs and more skilled people that just lost their jobs. So Yes.. worse now. On the other hand, it doesn't smell worse than it was pre-covid
well yeah, the tradeoff you accept when you decide to use a procedural technique rather than taking the time to make something by hand is that you don't get to control everything by hand. it is possible to generate some pretty decent base shapes for further processing with this tool - it could also be improved significantly
