Texture not rendering help!! I imported some 3d coat model into modo and try to render a scene with phototexture, however the texture wont show but changing the diffuse color, any modo expert knows how to resolve this?

Hi everyone! I recently finished the LP for a mesh and baked for it the normal map. My problem is that the head looks to low res (you can see the triangles). My question is how can I repair this thing (is there any map that could fix it?) and what maps should I bake in general for a game asset? Thanks in advance!
Is they're really a difference bewteen reprojecting high poly details onto a low poly retopoed mesh (in a software like blender, or zbrush), vs just baking high to low poly in substance painter (i'm not sure if this can be done in other softwares)? Which method would be better for a model that will be rigged an animated?

This is a question that has been bothering me for a while regarding straightening UVs. The model on the right is how Roadkill unwrapped it. The uvs for that are the curved UVs in the Uv editor. The one on the left is after I went in and straightened the UVs. Is it better to always go in and straighten Uvs like this? I know…

Oh gawd I want this application so much, haven't made too many normal maps before and only in max, mostly rely on substituting with good diffuse and bump maps from Photoshop. Would you guys say that if you can paint in Photoshop you would find Zbrush as easy?
