Splash Damage has allowed their tests to be posted in public for a while now. Also, he said he's going to do their art test for practice, but he doesn't say that he's applied to them or been instructed to do the art test. I think he's just using it as a personal project.
I've been given permission to share my successful hard surface art test that I did for the Star Wars team at Respawn Entertainment. It is best to leave it for them to get back to you, if you have an email confirmation or the address which they used to send you the art test you can respond to that again to check up on them.
