So I've been trying to get some speed sculpts in during my lunch breaks lately and I figured I should start a thread! Most of these are inspired by other artists and were crazy fun to do. Each one was around an hour. I think the longest was the fairie girl at over two hours. More to come. Thanks! :)
How do you work with image planes that do not line up right? This is causing me to make adjustments to match one orthographic view, only to decrease the accuracy from the other orthographic view. (Making my sculpt accurate to one view decreases the accuracy from the other view) How do you get around this? Thank you.

I think the easiest way would be to build a base mesh in 3ds max/maya/whatever and then bring it to Zbrush for sculpted details. I'd model everything but curvy details on the top, that would be easier to just sculpt.

Ok this is a question for character art people. Do you guys typically sculpt your mouth closed or open. If open do you leave it open for re topology and do you close it back up between programs?
