My 3d scene/ lighting issiue
hi guys was wondering if I could possible get some help, i'm creating a scene but everytime i build the lighting in unreal it comes up with lighting failed, for some reason none of my objecs have a shadow im not to sure why. -
Night Scene in 3DS Max
Good evening, I'm building a night scene in 3DS and I have a couple lighting questions. I'm using a skylight, spot lights for the spot lights and omni lights set for ambient only to light the area...I needed to make the floor transparent and duplicate the geometry to fake reflections, but now the floor is lighting funny… -

As always your work looks great! Clean polys and the colors have a great pastel painted feel to them but its subtle. Great job overall I agree be great to see Lilo and Stitch in the scene but if not be great to see you tackle another Disney classic scene. -
Spaceship Scene.
I have created this scene within unreal. currently looking for feedback with lighting/composition mainly however any criticism is welcome. Scene too bright
I disabled and enabled static lighting in project settings before but never had problems. However today when i did the same my whole scene is so bright. No matter what i adjust it wont change back to normal lighting. I tried baking all lights and it still doesnt work, tried dynamic lighting and nope still doesnt work.… -
Realtime Village scene
Hi All, I have been working away at this small village area for a while, and I think its getting a bit stagnant on me . I cant think of any items etc to populate the area with, at the moment it looks very bland. Re: [UDK] Japanese Maple Scene
Got the small foliage placed in about 1/3 or so of the scene now. By the end of the day I'm planning to make the bush thing and have it along with the smaller foliage placed throughout the scene.
